This is a girl who takes her crafting very seriously. Sprawled out on the table. Haylee is so creative and artistic! I actually love doing little easy craft projects. (not scrapbooking, sewing or anything of that sorts. More like preschool type crafts) So we have a lot of fun together.
One of Haylee's other hobbies as of late, is taking pictures and lots of them. I have hundreds of pictures on my camera. This one actually turned out pretty good, meaning you can tell what the object is and it's centered. So, since we don't make an appearance on here too often, here you go. Courtesy of Haylee!

The 20th day of the month again
I can't let the day go by without wishing my little prince charming a happy 11 months of life. When I found out I was having a second baby I was so excited to see if they could keep up with Haylee's big personality. Hunter was such a chill little baby but I think 9 -12 months is such a fun stage to really get to know what their personality will be. And Hunter does have a big personality!! Oh my goodness he has no problem keeping up with Haylee. I'm a little worried he might even have a bigger personality and he has no problem making his place known in our family. But on a day to day basis, Haylee and Hunter are absouletly best buddies. When Haylee was in her room crying the other day because she was in trouble Hunter was so worried about her. He went and sat outside of her door until she came out. Then he gave her a hug. As much of a hug as a baby can give but it was a hug. Adorable. He follows her everywhere and wants whatever she has. It doesn't matter if I give him the exact same thing. He wants hers. And surprisingly she shares everything with him. They play house together now all the time. They go in her room and shut the door and I can hear them both laughing and laughing together. Oh it is the best and I'm so grateful they have so much fun with each other. Happy 11 months Hunter!!
He's showing Haylee who's boss. He doesn't let any of us control the remote anymore. It is his and nobody else is allowed to touch it.
I guess Haylee got bored with what he was watching.

Sunday
I Hope everyone had a good father's day today. We had such a fun day celebrating Weston and how great of a Dad he is. I couldn't be more thankful to raise our sweet kids with Weston. I love him so much and just as important, so do Haylee and Hunter.

White and Purple
Is there anything more fun than painting your hands? I think not. Haylee and I had a blast doing this. Shhh.... don't tell Weston. These adorable painted hands are a part of his father's day present. We can't wait to celebrate how great of a dad Weston is on Sunday!!

do you recognize them?
These aren't the best pictures, but as soon as I knew we were moving to Arkansas for the summer I had a quest to hunt down the Duggars. I have watched them on TLC since their show was 17 kids and counting. Now it's 19 kids and counting. I'm a big fan and wanted to meet them. They live three hours away from where we are living and I had no problem going on a road trip to find them. But luckily they came to us. They have a new book out and were on a book tour at our local barnes and noble. So off we went to take a peek into their lives. The one thing I learned about them is that they love starbucks. All of the kids were there and they were all sipping away on their starbucks drinks. They looked exactly how they do on TV. Same skirts they always wear, same hairstyles, and Michelle, the mom, had a huge smile on her face the whole time. It was fun and I love them even that much more.

The dollar tree
Oh the dollar store, how we love the dollar store. This summer there is a dollar tree so close to our apartment that we can walk there. Of course we have never walked there becasue it is way too stinkin hot in Arkansas but I sure am happy it is so close. Today we went and loaded up on cheap junk. Such cheap junk that I can throw it all away when we pack back up and move at the end of summer. Hunter picked out two water guns that he likes to play with as swords. And Haylee fell in love a butterfly net. And since we are living in alligator land we decided to buy our own pet alligator. Haylee named her Anna. This afternoon I had a great idea of drawing a bunch of butterflys and hiding them all over the house so Haylee could go on a butterfly hunt with her new net. It lasted about 2 seconds and she was bored. I hate when my great ideas don't last as long as I want them to. I had envisioned at least a good 20 mins of her being entertained. Good think her net was only a dollar.
