Easter 2016 photo shoot

There should be a cute smiley baby in this picture but I couldn't get him to sit long enough to take a picture.
This was the best one I could get. He was sitting still. Then we busted out a distraction. Easter candy......

Easter, photo shoots, babies! All so fun!!
Throwback to Haylees Easter photo shoot in 2008! Same eggs. I can't believe around 15 moves later I still have those eggs.

Bits and pieces in March

Little Hudson started army crawling at 9 1/2 months. Shortly after turning 10 months he was up on all fours and has never looked back since. Now it's all about going places he shouldn't. The stairs, bathrooms, pantry, the mudroom. He loves eating all of the shoes in our mudroom.
Basketball season just ended and it was sooo much fun watching their games. I think because it's fast paced. The games are short and they are inside.
Holding up his trophy high and proud.
Little cousins playing at grandmas house. Their favorite hangout.
I wanted this on my counter all day on the 17th. It took all my will power not to eat any.
Hunter and I play lots of site word memory. Maybe he's taking a little peek here.
My phone case. Always the favorite chew toy. Maybe that's why he always has a cold. Ugh, the germs on those phone cases!
We went to Spokane/coeur dalene for a quick weekend. Weston was thrilled beyond belief that the first round of March madness games were going on. I had to buy our tickets in the car on the way there. We hit two games! We had a blast!
Haylee took a million pictures. She loves experimenting with all the settings.
The real reason for the weekend was to see my friend Lucy, who is moving to st George! There are just those people you meet in life who your soul connects with! Lucy and I crossed paths in life really only for a short time but she will forever be one of my best friends. She lifts my spirit higher! Love her to pieces!!

Bball and baby

Basketball is in full swing! It's been so fun to watch both Haylee and Hunter play. Haylee is a fantastic dribbler and defender. Very aggressive. She gets some good shots but the baskets at her age are soooo high, and she is the shortest on her team. By a lot.
Hunter can play ball. And he likes it a lot! He scored 20 points in his last game which was pretty fun. He has a smile on his face the entire game.
This little guy loves watching the games. Pretty sure he's excited for when he gets to play. Hudson turned 10 months old and is army crawling around. He rocks on his hands and knees but can't figure out how to move that way yet. He loves standing and eating. There hasn't been a food he has spit out yet. He just happily eats whatever we give him. He weighed 17 lbs at his 9 month check up. He's little but luckily Haylee was smaller. She weighed 14 lbs at her 9 month. I had to look it up just to make sure he wouldn't be too small. He just learned how to wave hi to us. He won't do it at strangers yet but loves to wave to us at home. He prefers me when he is hungry or tired but really loves to play with Weston. If Weston or Hunter are wrestling Hudson will yell and scream with excitement until Weston comes over to "tackle" him.
This a classic Hudson expression.
He is a smiley, happy baby. Until you put him down and then he cries until I come to get him. I either do everything one handed while I hold him, or I do everything with a crying baby in the background. His cuteness makes up for it all though.
We've been playing minute to win it on Sunday nights. Very fun!! It's even more fun when we have a yummy treat afterwards.
