An update

I'm sorry for all those I hate feet people for this post. And I have to admit I am very ashamed to be showing my less than perfect polished toes to the world. Anyone who knows me well understands that I do not go out in public with toes looking like this. So an update on my pregnancy. I am literally too tired tonight to remove this nailpolish and put a fresh coat on. As I sit here watching American Idol at 9:41 at night my two year old is yelling at me from her bed that she is not tired and I need to come get her. This after she refused to take a nap this afternoon. It's been a long day. I'm 12 weeks (due July 27th ) and for some reason it feels like a big milestone. I've been a little sick but nothing to complain about at all. My biggest pregnancy symptoms have been migraine headaches and extreme exhaustion. I feel like it's decicison time on if I want a boy or girl. I can honestly say that when I first found out I was pregnant I wanted a girl, but now I would be really excited either way. Weston prays every night that our little boy will develop correctly so I guess we know what he wants. Haylee calls our baby a pink baby so we know what she wants. For some reason I'm still in complete shock that I'm pregnant and having a second child but we are so so so excited! Gross, I know. My goal tommorow is to take care of this problem

We're excited......

To tell the blogging world that we are expecting our second baby in July!

christmas vacation

We just got back from our two week Christmas vacation. It was so much fun to see all of our family. We started out by celebrating Christmas with Weston's family and New Year's with mine in Boise. Haylee with her cousins Halee, and Jaycee on christmas Eve in their matching pj's

Sammy jumping into the new year on New year's eve

My whole family was able to be together for new year's eve. There are 21 of us now so it doesn't happen very often that we can all be togther. It was so much fun. We celebrated by eating, playing games and having a pinata for all the kids. Haylee got it going for us

Then we were able to go to my niece's baptism. Lindy looked so pretty in her white dress.

We were able to get a family picture at the baptism, but my sister Molly and her family were missing because....................

of this sweet little guy who was born on Jan. 1. Nathan was 7 lbs 5 oz. Such a cutie and we are so happy to have another nephew in the family. He is the youngest of four boys!! We had such a fun trip and we love family!

Santa's Favorite

Can you guess who Santa's Favorite is around our house? Haylee is very much into organizing the presents around our tree. She has it all figured out which one's are for her. Only 5 more mornings of telling her, "We can't open them yet. We have to wait until Christmas morning."

8 days and counting until Santa

Apparently Weston came home one night and found this.......two sleeping beauties. I always try to be really busy when he comes home from work so he thinks I am super productive all day long. I got caught this day. So I kid you not, the very next day I came home to find this........ I'm glad I caught him in a lazy moment too. Haylee is being terrible about taking naps now days but is still in desperate need of them. So her new favorite thing is to fall asleep on the couch.

I can't believe Christmas is in a week! We have had such a busy, busy December. But we have been having so much fun this Christmas season. Haylee is having the time of her life with this whole Christmas business. She can't get enough of it. We have a countdown until Santa comes in our entry way. The santa is almost the same height as her and Haylee all throughout the day will go up and say hi to Santa. She feeds him her lunch, gives him milk, plays house with him, has santa rock her babies, and sings jingle bells with him. It's so funny to me. She is constantly wrapping her toys and putting them under the tree and she loves, loves, loves playing with my nativity set. Every night when driving in our neighborhood Haylee just loves looking at all the lights. She tells me to drive slower by some of the houses with lots of decor. She also loves listening to Christmas songs in the car. Her very favorite song that we have to listen to over and over again is sleigh ride, but she calls it hay ride. And she tells me to turn it up really loud. She literally is rocking out in her carseat. Christmas is so much more fun with a toddler around!
