Hunter

In honor of Hunter turning 21 months I thought I would follow him around his room and see what he likes to do these days. I remember doing this with Haylee at about the same age. Except I followed her around our yard. Close enough
Laughs and giggles every time the animals jump out at him.
I've loved his chubby feet since the day he was born and I still love them to this day!!
A mini tantrum.
He's not two yet so his tantrums are still easily overcome by distractions. Trains are always great distractions for him. He loves them and his little choo choo sound is the cutest thing ever!!
Cars......
And good music
Anytime I get my vacum out to clean Hunter runs and grabs his. He likes a clean house just as much as his daddy! He's a great helper.

Tulip Festival

I was lucky enough to be able to go home to Portland for a long weekend. It such a nice weekend and spring was in Portland. So we went to the tulip festival!! It was beautiful!! Pictures can't do it justice. I love, love, love tulips and I've decided when I have a yard I'm ditching grass. I'm just putting in thousands of tulips instead!!

Easter 2012

We had a wonderful Easter weekend. The kids had fun at an easter egg hunt on Saturday. The sacrament mtg talks on Sunday were fabulous, Haylee gave a great primary talk, Relief Society was so uplifting, and we had a yummy Easter dinner with some great friends. Hope you all had a great Easter weekend as well!!!

Some randoms

These lunch pictures will probably only be cute to me but I had to snap some pictures of Haylee and Hunter eating lunch together so I can remember it. I love lunch time around our house. These two have so much fun together eating their lunch. They are laughing and talking. Hunter talking baby talk that only Haylee seems to understand but they sit up there for at least an hour having so much fun together. It makes me happy everyday. Haylee is always so sad when Hunter has to go down for a nap after lunch.

Some of our random easter activities:

For some reason this jelly bean easter egg was so much fun to make. Haylee and I had a good time and it's actually one of my cutest easter decorations I have this year! Hence, I think I'm kind of lacking in easter decor

We have been having lots and lots of easter egg hunts around our house. (practicing for the big easter egg hunts on Saturday) This time we had a friend over to join in on our egg hunting. Payton was much better competition than Hunter.

Hunter's idea of easter egg hunting includes finding one, eating the candy and then taking an egg out of Haylee's basket, and eating her candy.

I never knew why peeps existed until this year. They are great for making a craft! We had fun with paint and peeps. I think Hunter was in heaven being able to play with paint and candy. Pretty sure he had a good lick of the paint at one point.

I hope you all have a wonderful easter weekend. We are very excited for Easter this year and celebrating as a family.
