July so far!

The Fourth of July was pretty relaxed for us this year! We went to our ward breakfast and then got to hang out with stacey and family the rest of the day. We had a BBQ, did some cheap fireworks and then ventured out to a firework show which we missed seeing because the trees were blocking our view. Welcome to the northwest I guess. Better luck next year!
The next week We ventured to Coeur dalene, Idaho to visit friends, go to silverwood, and Weston had a few things to do for work.  I was so excited to see our old friends and neighbors but a little nervous to see our old house. As much as I love our new house I miss our neighborhood so much! It has parks, splash pads, bike trails, walking paths, and so many good friends! We had a great time and it was weird driving by our old house but our new one does feel like home to us now. He knows how to travel well!!
Haylee's little friend wanted to take her for a ride.
When we went to leave I noticed a few extra kids hiding in our car so that they could come with us! I have my hands full with three right now. Not sure I'm up for 7!!!
Coeur Dalene will always have a big piece of our hearts!!! Luckily we get to go back next month!

June

The past couple of weeks on my phone. We blessed Hudson on Father's Day June 21st. I have all sorts of wonderful feelings about that day! Most of which i have written in my journal. But I did love seeing both my dad and Weston's dad standing in the circle. Also in the circle was my great grandpa ricks! I loved hearing Weston get a little emotional before he started the blessing! There was a sweet spirit that day and I feel very blessed to be a family of five!
Hunter has been so sweet with these new babies in his life! He might be the best at making cousin macey smile!
We love getting yummy refreshing drinks on these hot days!

And the kids were in a sports camp all week. Hunters was soccer/baseball/basketball and haylee did tennis! Hunter made a little group of friends that always ate their snacks together and haylee looks like the perfect little tennis player. It was a great first week of summer for them!

First grade field day!

So proud of my little haylee finishing up the first grade! On the last day of kindergarten last year I told her we would be moving! She had some tears and was really really sad! But she put on her brave face, hugged her best friend good bye, waved to our neighborhood one last time and we drove away! She is still pretty sad about it (me too)but she lights up a room whenever she goes and had a great year anyway! Today Hunter, Hudson and I went to her field day at school. She has only been at this school since mid April so it was fun seeing some of her new friends. Luckily Hunter could participate and haylee is so kind to include him. And she loved showing off her new baby!!! It was hot today!!!

Dirt anyone?

There are six lots across the street from us and they are really working on them. Soooo much dirt! A kids heaven really. I see two deer every morning at about 4:30/5ish but now that tractors have taken over I haven't seen them. I miss watching my little friends as I feed Hudson. But haylee and Hunter playing spies is pretty fun to watch too, thankfully not that early in the morning!
And have I mentioned how much I love having a built in babysitter when I'm making dinner? Let's be honest though, dinner these past few weeks have been grilled cheese sandwhiches, pancakes, cold cereal, occasionally on a good day we'll have some chicken.

My circle!!!

I love having my little buddies!! And I am absolutely thrilled that my circle of buddies keeps growing! These past few weeks I haven't been able to do as much with them as I normally do as I'm recovering from my c section. I'm getting back into our daily routines slowly and I'm so grateful for that, and especially these three little buddies of mine!!
