I love my kids!

I have loved this quote this week. Nie nie said it in her blog a couple days ago and I've sure needed it with my cute little hunty lately. He sure has been testing my patience. And I know why, number one because he is after all just a child and he is learning and because his little 4 yr old world is about to change drastically again. I know a lot about what change does to a child. It makes them nervous and stressed and they have no idea themselves that they feel this way. They need so much extra love and attention but with how he's been acting it's hard to do that. That's why this quote has been such a great reminder for me this week. With moving again in a few weeks and a new baby shortly after Hunter for sure knows something is up in his little world of learning letters and playing at the park.
My favorite pics of my little cuties this week!

Some fun!

Haylee had a science fair at her school. She worked so hard on her project and I was so proud of her. She baked cookies leaving out ingredients to see what would happen. At the actual event held at night there were a couple hundred people there and haylee had a plate of cookies in front of her display. Silly me I thought I might be able to bring a few home. Our 50 cookies were gone in 2 mins!
Haylee and I write love notes to each other and it kind of melts me. Sometimes it takes me a couple days to get back to her but she always writes me right away!
Lots of gymnastics meets take place in our apt. The balance beam has been a huge hit!
Haylee had a friend birthday party at chuck-e-cheese. When we went to pick her up Hunter needed a turn to play some games!
These days the kids love to talk about my huge belly, and they love to look like me!

February fun!

Old school slides are the best! There is a slide like this right next to the spokane temple that we loved to go play on. We discovered another one here and it kept the kids delighted for a good 30 mins. Up and down up and down! Hunter and I have been having fun at story hr although this is the first yr haylee hasn't been able to come with us! And we sure miss her, but she is now super smart since she has been in first grade for 100 days!!!

January flew by!!

Our month of January was actually pretty great. I kind of dread jan normally but our weather was glorious. Sunny and even a few days in the 60's. We went to lots of parks, hiking around a beautiful lake, to a kid fest where haylee won a contest on stage from Elsa, Hunter got to try fencing, and haylee took a few swings with a floating baseball. We made valentines wreaths in our christmas Jammie's and my sisters all flew in for a fantastic girls weekend. I also took a great picture with my grandpa. He was all ready to go to church and looked so handsome in his suit. We celebrated my dads birthday, went rollerblading and Hunter spent plenty of time playing cars. Our house is progressing pretty fast and baby boy is growing too. I hit third trimester this week which is always exciting. I love feeling him move around so much and he gets the hiccups multiple times a day which I always think is so cute! I got the glucose test over with today so that always makes me happy. Those blood draws make me so nervous. I don't like them. Now I just have to dread the iv during labor!!

The 90 day countdown!

I promised myself that with this pregnancy I would document it with pictures and keep a journal about it. I felt like I did pretty good in the beginning. I at least let my journal know I was pregnant and I took a picture at 5 weeks, 7 weeks, and 9 weeks. The problem is I looked the exact same in all three of those pictures as I did before I was pregnant. And the documentation stopped there. So here I am back in action documenting at 23 weeks or 5 months (whichever you prefer) Sorry for the thumb print at the bottom of the page. My photographer is a 4 yr old who is constantly jumping on my couch as he takes the picture and can't sit still. Ever!

My stomach looks like this and my house looks like this........
Yes, it's just a hole dug out to pour the foundation but the good news is they have started. The bad news is they have just started. They said that from this point it will only take 90 days to finish. My due date is in 119 days, so the race is on. Which will be done first, the house or the baby?
