Haylee has become quite the little princess around our household. She has already learned the art of throwing tantrums. Whenever I take paper away from her because she is chewing and swallowing it she gets so mad at me. It's so funny to me that things around the house like markers, pens, and paper are what she would rather be playing with than toys. I keep thinking I need to buy more toys but she is more happy playing with necklaces in my jewlry box than any toy I could buy her. She is my favorite thing in the world and I wouldn't trade this little princess in for anything.

That's so funny, I keep thinking that same thing about Jack (that I need to buy him more toys.) I think he's getting bored with his, and he'd also rather chew on paper. Funny kids!
Yes, she is a princess, and a very cute one at that. Hope all of you are doing well. We miss you. Thanks for posting.
Little Pink Princess!! So cute, I wonder where she learned it from?? :)
You won't need more toys as long as you've got paper, remote controls, cell phones, etc. And somehow those babies can tell the difference between the real ones you don't want them to play with and the old ones or toy ones you don't mind if they use.
Haylee is your favorite in the whole world? I thought I was, so very sad day for me. She is adorable. At some point it is a smart choice to only buy washable crayons and markers. Of course that becomes more of an issue when she can actually open the markers.
oh no - your little girl is adorable! how cute is she in that little hat below! i love her smile! okay your baby is totally going to be crawling soon. daphne was the same way, lunging herself towards her toys. and ya know, daphne would rather play with the kitchen towels instead of toys any day. wierd!
Funny that you say that about toys.
I've been yelling at kids all week for breaking and destroying things in the house that they think our toys.
I've been threatening no more toys for b-days and christmas, then they say no no we will play with our toys, while they break the tv remote.
I have found it is nice to have toys when other kids come over to play.
