I know this weekend was all about Easter but it was also a weekend for me to realize Haylee is really growing up. Her hair fit into a ponytail. A real ponytail, not just one sticking straight up. I thought it was so cute that I had to document it. I remember when Haylee was just a newborn one of my friends documented her girl's first ponytail and I remember thinking Haylee will never have hair that long. And she went to the nursery for the first time. She knew exactly where it was, walked in and didn't look back. She was great! I peeked in once through the window and she was sitting at the table eating her snack. It was adorable to me.
Haylee was going to an easter egg hunt on Saturday so being the first time mom that I am I wanted to practice with Haylee the day before. I thought if she wasn't fast enough the eggs would be gone. I put eggs out all over our yard and she went to town. Kind of. She was a little slow at first but then got the hang of it.

Love the little pony tail, it is adorable, and the fact that she is standing still enough to snap a picture is amazing. She is so grown up I just can't believe it. So cute in her little Easter dress. What can I say, I love this post. Love and miss you guys.

I CANNOT believe Haylee is in nursery!! That is amazing! Wow, she is looking so much older too, especially with a ponytail. I pretty much wear a ponytail everyday, so she better get used to it!
The little Haybug is getting to be so grown up! A ponytail! And her Easter dress was absolutely precious, I miss having you guys here! And by the way when I saw your last post was entitled something about a "new car" I panicked because I thought you'd gotten rid of the Camry! That will be a sad day! I hope you guys are doing wonderfully, and just so you know I'm totally weirded out about you guys not coming this summer...it still doesn't seem real! What am I going to do?????
