My house is always a complete disaster after the weekend. I spend most of my day Monday putting everything back together. This last weekend was especially bad from haylee's birthday. I just couldn't get myself to clean my house. Today is thursday and I still couldn't figure out how to get energy to clean my house. I needed something to really entice me to get it done. So...... I came up with a great idea. If I cleaned my house I could decorate it for Christmas!!!!!!! I know all you crazy thanksgiving people would be horrified if you walked into my house right now and I just had this debate with one of my friends (you know who you are) but I couldn't help it. I am so excited for christmas this year. I think because I know Haylee will have so much fun and get really into it. And it really made me happy and my house is clean. Weston walked into the house just as I was putting on the finishing touches and blasting christmas music. He thinks I am totally crazy. Just as I was hanging the last stocking I told him I think we should put the tree up tonight. He put his foot down on that one. So no tree until after Thanksgiving but I'm enjoying all the other decor! And in honor of Thanksgiving I left all my pumpkins out on my porch.

I'm all about decorating early! Great incentive. The Christmas music is great. We've been listening for weeks already now. At church whenever anyone asks Joshua what song he wants to sing he says "Jingle Bells!"
Ok I thought I was nuts for having all my shopping done. But you have way out done me on the nuttyness! I love that you have already decorated. I can't wait to do mine either. I love a Haley's b-day cake! Did you make it? So cute! I also never got to see her in her halloween costume. She makes the cutes pumpkin ever, and you know it:)

LOVE IT!!!! I'm with ya sister! I was driving to the store today by myself with Christmas music BLASTING and I was singing so loud! Why is it bad when it brings so much happiness! I wanted to decorate before we left for thanksgiving but I didn't have time... boo! AS soon as I get back!!!
