We went to the Independence church visitors center in Independenc, Missouri last sunday. The Sunday before we went to Liberty Jail. We live about 15 minutes from both of these places. It's so cool living by all of this church history. And we are living in clay county which is so funny to me. Anyway Haylee loved the visitors center. It's very kid friendly and I think Haylee would have made a good pioneer. She loved the log cabins and driving the horse carriage. I on the other hand am very, very grateful for the pioneers and also grateful that I was born in 1981. It is truly amazing hearing about church history every single time. So many great stories to be told.

Wow, how cool to be near all of those church sites! Yea, I think I would be a rotten pioneer, there is definitely a reason why I was born now, and not then! :)
I didn't know you guys lives so close to the sights. We'll most likely be driving through your neck of the woods the second week in June. Are you guys going to be around? We'd love to see you!!
So fun, cute pics. Yes we did a bunch of church history sites on our move over here to Indy. Oh, I just looked it up, you're only 8 hours from me! Anytime you guys feel like getting out in some hot humid air, see the Indy 500, a Pacer's game, Colt's game, or even Chicago... please come by, we have a guest room calling your name! :)
