I survived the first week of being a mom of two little kiddos. Only because my mom was here and I sat on the couch. It was great!! I had a couple questions through my comments so I'll talk specifically to Kara. My friend Chelsea drove me to the hospital and my other friend who you know, Katie Bell watched Haylee for me. This would have been a home birth without those two girls so thanks a million times over and over again Chelsea and Katie. So I knew to go to the hospital because I called my mom crying in pain and said, "I think I"m in labor but I'm not sure." My mom calmly said I can tell by your voice you are in labor so go straight to the hospital now! It's still hard for me to disobey my mom so I left as soon as I hung up the phone with her. The timing was perfect because my mom was leaving that day to come to missouri.
Haylee is loving having a boy doll around the house. He is always surrounded by some sort of toy. Usually her doll which is bigger than him. She loves playing house with him and Hunter is the dad. I think I have the two cutest kids ever!

You do have two of the cutest kids ever!! I too am glad you listened to your mom, and that everything turn out so well. You have a wonderful family with lots of support. I wish I could have been able to come, but I'm sure your mom took extra good care of all of you, and I'm sure you'll enjoy the time you'll have to spend with your sisters. Love hearing the story. Moms are so great! Glad you have some help out there. I think I was wrong. He has Weston's eyes/nose area, just like Haylee. Cute little man!

CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've been out of town for over a week and the first thing I wanted to do was check your blog and see if your baby boy was here! :) Hunter is a doll and it looks like Haylee is being a great big sister! I hope all is well and I hope we can both handle this whole 2 kids thing! AHHH ... I'm scared!
