Why are lady bugs not scary bugs? Is it because they are called ladies? Because they are red, or because they have polka dots? For whatever reason Haylee loves them but is terrified of all other bugs. Terrified. Pretty much like me. So my kids love to explore whenever we are outside. Whether we are on walks, getting the mail, bike rides around the apartments. We always like to check everything out. Recently we discovered some plants by our pool that are covered in lady bugs. We named the area the lady bug garden. And now we go there often, to check on our ladies!

Ya, he loves them. He giggled every time they crawled up his arm but when he tried to grab them with his fingers I think he squeezed them a little too hard and they flew away!
