This is how we celebrated our snow filled Christmas.......
It's hard to tell in this picture but Haylee is now taking a lot of steps
This is how we shovel snow in Portland, with rain boots and a broom. He is the hottest shoveler on the block though.
Getting ready to play in the snow with dad. Anybody have advice on how to find snow boots for a 14 month old. We looked and looked and it finally came down to snow mittens on the hands and feet. It works great if anbody else can't find boots either.
Haylee and her cousin matthew sledding. Despite Haylee's emotionless expression she did love playing out in the snow.

We all fit in one sled and off we were down the hill. This kind of looks like it could be our next family picture Christmas card.
Every year our family has a christmas eve program. Everybody has to participate and looks like Mrs. Clause showed up this year.
Samuel the lamanite showed up too
Santa came with a slide for Haylee
And she went down and down
And then this guy showed up Christmas morning. Anybody claim him?
We had a great Christmas and we are so grateful that we could celebrate the birth of our Savior again. We are very blessed and hope everybody else had a great holiday season!

Looks like you guys did have a great Christmas. We sure did miss you, but we're glad you got to be with family, that always makes it so much more fun. Haylee is so cute, I can't believe how she has grown. The pictures of her are adorable, and the one of all of you on the sled does look like it could be a Christmas card, soo cute!! I can't believe the snow.It will hopefully be a great memory one of these days. Anyway love you all and thanks for posting.

I can't believe you guys have had so much snow up there!! Even moreso though I cannot believe that Haylee is walking!! That is soooo crazy! She has grown up so much since the summer! It looks like you had a great Christmas, I'm glad! We loved your Christmas card and it looks like next years will be great also :) I miss you.
I've said it before, and I'll say it again... she's so darling!
We found some size 5 snow boots for Jack at Wal-Mart for only $14, and they had little mittens there for like $6 or $7. They both work really well. Good luck finding some winter gear if you're still looking!

So fun, love the sledding pics! Looks like Portland got as much snow as Boise did! I love that slide santa got Haylee! oh, and I don't know what size shoe she is but check Wal-Mart for snow boots (I bought Ella's a size too big last winter so that she could wear them this winter). Glad you had a nice xmas, too bad we couldn't see you in Boise, but glad you had fun w/ the fam.
