This might be my longest post ever in the history of my blog. It's about Christmas 2010. We went to my house in Oregon for Christmas and it was the best ever. We had so much fun and it was so great being home. I just love going home for Christmas. I love all of my family's Christmas traditions. I had so so much fun with my family. We made Christmas cookies every night, only because the whole batch was gone in one day. We went shopping, roller skating, on walks in the rain, wrapped lots of presents, decorated a tree, had our annual Christmas eve program, ate lots and lots of good food, saw old friends, and watched movies. I'm so sad I have no pictures of us roller skating because it was a blast and my mom is pro skater!! We could't get her out of there. Haylee was in heaven skating with my mom. It was so cute. My parents have a sit n spin at their house that Haylee tried for the first time. She loved it.
Then she got a little braver and tried standing
My parents have a beautiful gigantic Christmas tree. But when we were growing up my mom had a huge collection of hallmark ornaments that we decorated with. We pulled them all out to let the kids decorate a tree. My sisters and I had so much fun looking at all the ornaments that are filled with so many memories.
My nephew decorating the tree. Cutie Matthew
My brother Steven and Hunter. Steven just recently got his mission call to the Ventura, California Mission. We are so excited for him. He is leaving March 30th. Which means I get to go home again in March to see him off. Yay!!!
Cutest little guy ever in his Christmas jammies! Haylee and Hunter get their Christmas jammies on Thanksgiving night so they can wear them all of December.
All the kids had so much fun together. Sam, Haylee and Matthew are watching a movie togther in my sister's bed. My sister Stacey is the best aunt and always is playing with the kiddos. Haylee adores her.
We always have our big Christmas dinner on Christmas Eve. My mom is the best at celebrating Christmas and sets a beautiful table. I love all of her table settings.
Spencer, my nephew, is ready for his Christas eve dinner. Fork and knife in hand
Every year we have a Christmas eve program. My favorite tradition ever. It wouldn't even be Christmas without our program. My sisters Molly, Stacey, and I sang, picture a Christmas.
For the Christmas Eve program Haylee sang jingle bells while Hunter jingled the bells for her. Totally adorable!
Christmas morning, upstairs waiting to see if Santa came.
Checking out her goods from Santa. I don't know who is more excited, Haylee or my mom. Haylee got a scooter and a treasure chest full of princess dresses from Santa.
Hunter had a great first Christmas, I mean really new toys in front of him left and right. What could be better?
Scootin around on her new Scooter that Santa brought her.
One of Haylee's new princess dresses. She is all glam!!
For new years eve we were back at home in Boise and my sister Molly had a party at her house. It was fun and we are looking forward to 2011.
Sadie, my niece, had lots to drink on new years eve. She really lived it up!!
